01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the Win63 platform, including its website, mobile application, games, promotions, and customer support services. Your continued use of Win63 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Win63 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Win63 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms should be read alongside the Win63 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Win63.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use Win63, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Win63, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be self-excluded from Win63 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

Win63 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on Win63. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Win63 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Win63 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Win63 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Win63 account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on standard business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Win63 does not charge fees on standard GCash or bank transfer withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which Win63 accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited into your Win63 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Win63 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Win63 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review. Win63 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction pending the outcome of an AML review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Win63 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Win63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Win63 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular promotion.

Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on Win63 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including Win63 itself.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term mathematical return built into the game engine. These figures are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, Win63 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
• Win63 reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is evidence of a technical error, software fault, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Live dealer game results are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the round has been closed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Win63 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in poker or live dealer games;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using Win63 for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Win63 platform or its games;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Win63 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

08 Responsible Gaming

Win63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Win63 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Win63 platform without the prior written consent of Win63.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Win63 regarding the platform may be used by Win63 without restriction or compensation to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Win63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Win63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Win63 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Win63 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data

Win63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on Win63, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Win63 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Win63 service. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12 Amendments

Win63 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms at win63.pro/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, Win63 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Win63 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Win63's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Win63 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Win63 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
